Dealers who purchase a video surveillance system without a service agreement are required to maintain the systems themselves. Dealers who elect to buy their own cameras must purchase them according to specifications provided by Enhanced Surveillance Protection (ESP). This specification sheet may be updated from time to time, as hardware changes. 2. PC based video recorders must only be used for its intended purpose. No other software or hardware can be installed on the machine or the warranty is void. Since these machines have heavy usage, they must not be used for other purposes. 3. Dealers shall not divulge their pricing from ESP to anyone. 4. Either party may revoke this dealer agreement with 15 days notice. 5. Dealers are required to pay for their orders before shipment. 6. Proper State licensing and insurance information must be provided upon dealer approval.
